To (center) Referees: Record and submit your game record data below for game tracking/payment under the following circumstances only:

• You are the Referee for a particular match, and you were not originally assigned by TheArbiter.net as the Referee for the match, which does not allow you to record the game data via TheArbiter.net.  (Be sure to include your Assistant Referee names on the form.)

For Assistant Referees: Record and submit your game record data below for game tracking/payment under the following circumstance only:

• If you were an Assistant Referee and your (center) Referee did not record the game data in TheArbiter.net within seven (7) calendar days of your match.  If you know the other referees on that match, then enter them in the form, as well.  Note: Your (center) Referee is responsible for entering the game data within seven (7) days of the match's actual playing date.

All submitted data will be verified with the Assignor's records and/or other referees assigned to the match.  There are no cards or forms to be filled out at the field for this season for getting paid from LRA.  However, you should keep your own game records for later reconciliation with your checks and paysheets.  The Referee will still need to fill out and process his/her other game cards, send off reports, etc. depending on the particular league's rules.)

If you accidentally submit a report in error, fill out another form, indicating in the "Comments" field that the first report was submitted in error, or send an email message to: Paymaster@livermorerefs.org.
