Out of Town Referee Tournament Availability

Please fill out the following form to submit your availability to referee a specific youth soccer tournament match for the Livermore Youth Soccer League (LYSL).   Your availability data will be distributed to the Assignor for LYSL-sponsored tournaments in Livermore, CA.  [Attention-Livermore Referees: Please do not use this form but click www.arbitersports.com for Livermore tournaments and regular league matches.]

Please be sure to indicate your team affiliation if you are here primarily because your team(s) is playing in the tournament.   You will be scheduled around your team's matches unless you specify your availability below in the Availability fields for Saturday and Sunday or in the Other Availability Constraints/Comments box.  If your schedule changes due to any circumstance, either send in the updated form again or send an email to Assignor1@livermorerefs.org indicating the revised dates or times of your availability in advance of the affected tournament.
