officer election was held at the December 2009 LRA annual general meeting (AGM).

our Vice President for the last two years. He is sure to continue to be an
active referee and mentor going forward, and his overall contribution to
the association has been very appreciated.

Additionally, we
would like to thank Alex Fairclough for his tenor of two years

For 2010, a female and male youth will be asked to join as the Youth Liaisons.

The
great news here is overall, the referees with the most games did fewer
this year because we had SO many referees do more games overall. Saves
wear and tear on the officials and spreads out the opportunity for
experience across more individuals. Great job to all the active referees
in 2009!

Cleanup in January for LRA Games
At the end of January, 2010,
Arbiter's game, payment, and referee schedule information will be cleared out
completely. We will also be putting in some improvements to our game labeling
system to allow for easier identification of game levels and playing rules.
More information will be forthcoming as things roll out.
So, please back up your LRA game information
no later than 1/25/2010 for your records!
